Archana Kochhar showcases glittering occasion wear at India Fashion Week Australia

Designer Archana Kochhar presented a glittering women’s occasion wear collection on the runway at India Fashion Week Australia in Melbourne. Content creator Nagma Mirajkar walked as showstopper for the designer in a dramatic red lehenga, her management announced in a press release. 

Archana Kochhar’s collection mixed jewel tones with sculptural silhouettes and lashings of sparkle at the Australian showcase. The fashion week is designed to boost cross-cultural participation within the global fashion community and chose designer Kochhar both for her popularity and mixture of Indian heritage craft techniques and western style silhouettes. 
 
“Thrilled to have walked the ramp as showstopper for Archana Kochhar at IFWA,” said Mirajkar in a press release. “I have been a thorough admirer of her work, and to be chosen as the showstopper for her was nothing short of a dream come true for me! This was also a golden moment for me, to represent India in Australia, among such great talent and personalities!”
