Araaish to follow Hyderabad exhibition with events in Mumbai and Dubai next month

The fashion and lifestyle exhibition Araaish recently hosted its Hyderabad edition and will take place in Mumbai on September 4 and in Dubai on September 7 to promote a range of festive wear ahead of the upcoming wedding season and raise funds for charity. 

Araaish, which hosts annual women’s fashion exhibitions, held its festive fashion event in Hyderabad on August 9. The event took place at the city’s Taj Krishna Hotel and welcomed a business to customer audience. Some of the fashion, jewellery, and accessories brands that participated in the Hyderabad event included Sheetal Batra, Satyani Fine Jewels, Preeti Kapoor, SG Collection, Raina Suri, Mehak Platinoir, Shillpa Purii Designer Jewellery, Vishwa by Pinki Sinha, Bezire, and Manmeera. 

Next in Araaish’s 2019 schedule is an edition in Mumbai at the Palace Halls in Worli on September 4. The exhibition will focus on women’s traditional and festive wear and will feature product categories such as Polki jewellery, Banarasi brocade sarees, Amritsari Jutti, block printed textiles, and Kanchivaram sarees, according to the event’s social media.

Following Mumbai, Araaish will travel to Dubai for an event at the Jumeriah Emirates Tower on September 7. The exhibition will allow lovers of Indian fashion in Dubai to shop many brands in person for the first time in the country. 

Araaish is the fundraising arm of Save The Children India, an NGO founded by the late Vipula Kadri in 1988, as well as the name of its fashion events. Araaish held its first show in 2007 at Blue Sea in Worli, Mumbai and has held several events a year since.
