Aptos, Inc., a market leader in retail technology solutions, has announced that it has completed its acquisition of TXT Retail, the leading global provider of end-to-end merchandise lifecycle management (MLM) solutions for the apparel, luxury, specialty and general retail sectors. Going forward, TXT Retail will be known as TXT Retail, an Aptos Company.

The extended technology portfolio represents a set of omni-channel retail solutions, featuring applications for point of sale, customer relationship management, order management, sales audit, retail analytics, ecommerce, merchandising, forecasting, allocation and replenishment, merchandise and assortment planning, product lifecycle management, and supplier collaboration.

Noel Goggin, Aptos CEO and culture leader said, “By removing the barriers that typically exist in managing customers, products and orders, Aptos will empower retailers to transform their businesses for omni-channel success, loyalty and profitability. The enhanced solution footprint allows retailers to deliver localised assortments, personalised offers, fulfilment flexibility and seamless experiences no matter when, where or how shoppers choose to engage. Equally important, it allows retailers to achieve this profitably as shopper expectations continue to evolve.”

At the acquisition’s close, the combined organisation serves more than 1,000 retail brands across 60 countries, including Adidas, Billabong, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Cole Haan, Dior, Guess, Lacoste, Louis Vuitton, Sephora, Tesco, Tod’s, TUMI, Urban Outfitters, WH Smith, and Zalando.
