Anushree Reddy hosts bridal preview ahead of LFW presentation

Anushree Reddy will present a collection on day four of the upcoming Lakme Fashion Week on August 24 in collaboration with Lakme Salon and has just presented a bridal preview in Hyderabad.

As part of Lakme Fashion Week’s upcoming winter/festive edition, Anushree Reddy will present a collection of men’s and women’s traditional and fusion wear on the runway. The runway show will be in collaboration with Lakme Salon and the event will be a joint showcase with fellow designer Arpita Mehta.

Prior to the unveiling of her winter/ festive collection, Anushree Reddy held a Bride & Groom Special Preview pop-up shopping event at her eponymous brand’s Hyderabad flagship in Banjara Hills on August 12.

The event invited shoppers in the city to preview the brand’s upcoming bridal collection ahead of the fast approaching wedding season.

The upcoming season of Lakme Fashion Week will run from August 21 to 25 in Mumbai. The event is sponsored by both Lakme and IMG Reliance and celebrates 20 years in fashion with this edition.

Anushree is a self-taught designer hailing from Hyderabad and is known for her use of Hyderabadi Zardosi embroidery and opulent traditional wear creations.

The brand retails from its flagship store in Hyderabad, as well as on- and offline though a selection of multi-brand boutiques such as Ogaan.
