Anju Modi opens at new address in New Delhi

Women’s traditional wear designer Anju Modi has opened her flagship store at a new address in the capital, inside luxury interior design house ArtLivings in Okhla Phase-1.

“As the summer wedding season unfurls in full swing, we invite you to explore a range of pastel hued timeless ensembles,” the brand shared on Facebook, announcing the new store opening.

The new retail space houses Anju Modi’s latest collection for spring/summer, which includes a newly released series of gold and ivory anarkali sets named, ‘Sufi Rhythm’. 

The brand counts ethnic wear brand Biba as an investor and Modi also recently launched her latest ‘Anju Modi for Biba’ collection of kurtas and other traditional wear sets on the womenswear brand’s e-commerce store and in a selection of its 255 exclusive retail outlets across India. 
 
“In my atelier, all our time and money is focused on developing products with a scientific attention to detail. So to market and distribute at scale I knew I needed to collaborate,” Modi recently told MoneyControl, about her continued partnership with Biba.

“I am conscious about the environment so I was clear about no compromises like using polyester,” she said.
