Anita Dongre, known for her sustainable womenswear designs and feminine aesthetic, has created a set of digital stationery with Paperless, the brand announced in a press release. The idea of the digital invitations set is to create a sustainable alternative to paper wedding invitations which is in line with Dongre’s own brand values.

Dongre, who has worked in the Indian fashion industry for two decades, recently used digital invitations for her son’s wedding and continues to promote sustainable fashion both in India and globally.

The collection features 11 invitation sets designed for Indian weddings. The colour palette features pinks, powder blues, mint greens, peaches, yellows, and tangerines and prints include florals and botanical elements. The invitations are also customisable by an online design tool.

Paperless has collaborated with a number of fashion designers for its digital stationery including Oscar de la Renta and Kate Spade New York. The New York based business was launched in 2009.
