Anaar launches bridal sneaker line

Anaar aims to shake up the bridal wear market with its new line of ‘Bridal Sneakers. The footwear brand’s new sneaker line is designed to be worn with occasion wear ensembles and featuring statement platform heels. 

Sneakers in the new collection are hand embroidered and designed to match everything from Indian wear to western wear to cocktail wear, according to Biyani. The sneakers come in a wide range of colour stories such as brights, pastels, and whites, and embellishments include beading and pearls, the brand announced in a press release on January 30. 
 
“With Anaar, you will rekindle your love for Indian culture through contemporary and comfortable shoe designs,” said Anaar’s designer Tanushri Biyani in a press release. “They are designed to be shapeshifters that dress for the occasion. They peep from under maximalist festive ensembles and sparkle just enough to match the twinkle in your eye. It's a perfect match for women who yearn to add magic every day.”

Before launching Anaar, Biyani launches footwear label Ceriz. Anaar, which means ‘pomegranate’, retails from its dedicated e-commerce store which caters to all of India and also ships internationally.  
 
“For all the unique romantic hearts and inspired minds out there who believe in being comfortably fashionable, Anaar recently launched its iconic Bridal Sneakers that are all set to make an avant-garde and exuberant statement,” the brand announced in a press release.
