The direct-to-consumer business hopes to bounce back from its predicted slower growth rate this year of between 2% and 3%, the Press Trust of India reported.

"Next year, our goal is to go back to 6% to 7% growth again," Amway India’s CEO Anshu Budhraja told the Press Trust of India.

In order to increase sales and growth rates, the business launched a number of new products this week, including new beauty products for its cosmetics brand Artistry. Amway aims to further penetrate India’s booming beauty market and expects sales from beauty products to make up 20% of its total sales in the coming five years.

The business also foresees an increase in online sales in the coming years which should make up between 40% and 50% of its total sales. In order to build its online business, Amway is investing in its e-commerce platform, said Budhraja.

Amway held its Amway Success Seminar in Kolkata on November 12. The event recognised the work of Amway sellers and gave business tips to guests.
