AMPM opens store in Delhi's DLF Emporio

Luxury, minimalist womenswear and accessories brand AMPM has opened a new store in DLF Emporio in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj district. The store has been designed as a tranquil concept space.

The store has an earth toned interior and houses its own courtyard which is designed to create the feeling of a sanctuary. “One of the first things we decided to do was to detach ourselves from the idea of a traditional store,” AMPM’s co-founder Priyanka Modi told Architectural Digest India about the new space. “We didn't want it to feel transactional or typical.”
The store launched with the brand’s spring/ summer 2022 collection which features loose kaftans and separates with delicate geometrical details and matching sculptural handbags. AMPM joins Indian and international luxury brands including Dior, Gucci, Bally, Gaurav Gupta, Ekaya, and Pankaj & Nidhi among others in DLF Emporio.
“We gave the shell and the furniture the same earthy finish by way of a process called microtopping,” said Modi about the store’s design. “We wanted the space to reveal itself layer by layer, detail by detail, quietly imbuing a sense of wonder; like a home that quietly cocoons you from the din of the world outside.”
Husband and wife duo Ankur and Priyanka Modi founded AMPM in 2002. The brand is known for its relaxed take on femininity and neutral colour scheme.
