Am:pm is bringing its latest summer 2018 collection to Kathmandu on April 8 and 9 for a pop-up shopping event at Baber Mahal Vilas. This is the first time that the brand has set foot in Nepal and it will be gauging its reception during the two day shopping event.

The brand is bringing a selection of its signature fusion wear to Kathmandu including the latest collection’s floaty layers in paint splattered silk. Kurtas will be on offer as well as sarees and dresses with nature inspired motifs.

Whether or not Nepal will be seeing more of Am:pm may well depend on how the brand is received at the weekend. Many Indian luxury brands overlook their neighbouring country of Nepal and time will tell if this will be the start of a new partnership.

Am:pm was founded by Ankur Modi and Priyanka Modi in 2001. The brand won the Elle Style Award in both 2011 and 2012. Am:pm currently has 11 exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) across India and also retails from its own e-commerce store. The celebrity Jacqueline Fernandez is the brand’s ambassador and she appears in numerous promotions for the label.
