Allen Solly launches new children's wear store in Lucknow

Aditya Birla Group brand Allen Solley has opened a new store dedicated to its children’s wear line in Lucknow. The new store has opened its doors inside the city’s Lulu Mall. 

“Winning your kid’s hearts is easier than ever,” wrote Lulu Mall Lucknow on Facebook to announce the store opening. “Get trendy outfits for them from our newly opened store, Allen Solly Junior.”
 
The store opened with a number of promotional offers for shoppers including 50% discounts on a wide selection of garments. The store has a bright, white interior and open façade, with central islands showcasing a wide selection of late winter outerwear. 

Allen Solley’s deer’s head logo is displayed throughout the store and the brand’s seasonal boy’s collection features bright, sporty jackets, graphic sweatshirts, and thick flannel shirts. For girls, puffer jackets, tutu-style dresses, and pastel t-shirts feature in-store. 
 
Founded by William Hollin and Company Limited in 1744, Allen Solley was bought by Madura Fashion in the 1990s and launched in India in 1993, Vogue reported. The Madura Fashion business was subsequently acquired by Aditya Birla Group in 2001. The brand was originally known for its men’s formal wear and it later diversified its product range to include women’s and children’s wear among other categories.
