Aldo strengthens India presence with two new stores in Bengaluru
Footwear and accessories brand Aldo has strengthened its retail presence in the Indian market with the addition of two new stores in the city of Bengaluru.
The new stores are located at Garuda Mall and Lulu Mall are spread across an area of 1,120 square feet and 895 square feet, respectively.
Major Brands, which owns the licenses to sell Aldo brand in India, plans to further expand its presence over the next few years.
Commenting on the expansion, Tushar Ved, president at Major Brands Ltd in a statement said, “The pandemic had put a huge halt on the shopping spirits of the consumers across the country, but it is gradually changing, with things finally opening up, people are stepping out and are keen to explore to update their wardrobes with new fashion elements. Bengaluru is emerging as a city with many style-conscious consumers; hence this being an incredibly important market that has motivated us to expand further.”
Aldo currently has 38 stores across India and sells online through various e-commerce platforms.
