Fragrance brand Ajmal & Sons plans to expand its number of points of sale from around 4,000 at present to 6,000 by 2025, spanning modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, and multi-brand outlets. The business aims to reach more shoppers across India with an expanded retail presence.

Ajmal & Sons has ambitious retail expansion plans for the coming two years, ET Bureau reported. The business currently counts over 331 exclusive brand outlets and exports to over 45 countries globally and is ready for its next round of growth.
“In the years to come Ajmal Perfumes will expand its coverage not only in India but also in the international markets,” Ajmal & Sons’ NHA Division (New Horizons of Ajmal & Sons) president Saurav Bhattacharya told Brand Media in an interview. “In the coming years, we will drive e-commerce in a big way."
"Apart from business-to-business-to-customer, we are in the process of strengthening our custom business-to-customer module, and hopefully, it will be a huge success for not only India but other three major markets of GCC, UK and the US," said Bhattacharya. "The NHA division of Ajmal & Sons India is moving forward with a vision to make Ajmal Perfumes the most distributed brand of perfumery in India, both at an acceptable level and availability level.”
The Ajmal business has run for over seven decades and has a portfolio of over 300 fragrances. The business was originally founded by Haji Ajmal Ali in Assam.
