Ajio launches 'Big Bold Sale' and campaign with Shraddha Kapoor
Fashion e-commerce platform Ajio launched its flagship sale event ‘Big Bold Sale’, powered by Adidas in association with Melorra. The sale will go live on June 1 and the business has partnered with Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor to promote the event.
This edition of Ajio’s ‘Big Bold Sale’ will be its largest to date, the business announced in a press release on May 29. The online event launched ‘early access’ for select customers on May 28 and over 5,000 brands’ products feature with over 1.3 million fashion and accessories styles.
“Over the past editions, Ajio Big Bold Sale has become India’s favourite fashion extravaganza and we’re truly thrilled by the love customers have shown us,” said Ajio’s CEO Vineeth Nair in a press release. “In its biggest ever edition, we expect more than around 60 million new users to flock to Ajio to experience the fashion’s most wanted exclusive top international, homegrown and private brands at the best of deals.”
On May 31, Ajio will launch a promotional film with Shraddha Kapoor and Rana Daggubati to showcase brands which will feature in the sale. The 360-degree campaign sees Kapoor evade her pursuers with the help of Daggubati who helps her disguise herself in trending looks from big brands.
