Ajio joins 'The Ranveer Show' as first brand partner

Fashion brand Ajio has joined Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast ‘The Ranveer Show’ as its first ever brand partner. The first episode of the 16-part series has just been released and Ajio will dress Allahbadia in a specially themed ensemble for each episode.

The partnership is designed to enable Ajio to connect with the podcast’s diverse audience demographics as it is one of the longest running podcasts in the country with one of the largest audiences, News18 reported. Dressing Allahbadia in a different themed outfit in each episode is designed to both celebrate the theme of each episode and showcase the wide range of styles available on Ajio’s e-commerce platform.
 
“This is a very big moment for not just me but the entire podcasting community,” said Allahbadia about the partnership, News18 reported. “We have been striving to build a Podcasting Culture in India for the last four years and this partnership is a testament to our constant effort to drive conversations which makes India smarter and more curious. I am really excited and happy that Ajio has come onboard. It’s almost crazy when you think of it, AJIO & our paths have always been aligned. You will get to see the biggest names from all walks of life coming on TRS & sharing their stories to the world. What’s different is that, I have been styled by Ajio differently in each episode pertaining to the unique theme of the episode derived from the guest’s personality and background. I can’t wait for people to watch this series. So yeah, really grateful for all this!”

The series will feature a different guest in each episode and the theme is sharing success stories. Guests scheduled to appear include Honey Singh, KL Rahul, Urfi Javed, and Suniel Shetty among others and the series will run in both Hindi and English.
