Pantaloons, which retails a range of ethnic and western womenswear, has decided to move its head office from Andheri to Kurla, Mumbai, TNN reported. The brand has leased 1.1 lakh square feet from Piramal Realty in its Piramal Agastya park for the new address.

“Kurla is rapidly changing with its urban blend of residential, industrial and commercial estates,” said Piramal Realty’s president of sales and marketing Gaurav Sawhney, as reported by the Times of India.

“We are glad to associate with a high-end fashion and retail brand like Pantaloons and welcome them on board.”

“We are pleased to announce our new address at Piramal Agastya, Kurla,” said Pantaloons’ CEO Sangeeta Pendurkar. “The new centrally located office will ease the commute for our employees and the contemporary décor combined with meticulously crafted workspaces will boost productivity.”

With Pantaloons’ lease at the Piramal Agastya park, over half of the 16 acre corporate land parcel is now occupied. The area features offices, landscape gardens, food courts, and childcare facilities.
