Adidas launches 'QR to Qatar' campaign with Ranveer Singh
Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has been chosen by sportswear brand Adidas as the star of its new campaign to support the FIFA World Cup™. In his new role, Singh stars in a film and campaign titled ‘QR to Qatar’, the brand announced in a press release on September 21.
“I am absolutely stoked to kick off the FIFA World Cup™ celebrations with adidas in the ‘QR to Qatar’ film,” said Singh in a press release. “Being a football fan myself, I know the excitement that comes with the opportunity of experiencing the FIFA World Cup™ first-hand. What I love is the concept of this film, all you have to do is scan the QR Code for a chance to win a trip to the FIFA World Cup™. I urge everyone out there to get scanning right away and get ready to go to Qatar!”
Singh is one of Adidas’ brand ambassadors and has starred in a number of promotions for the label. Singh’s latest campaign gives football fans the chance to win tickets to see the world famous football championship as Adidas promotes its connection to the world of football in India.
