Ace Turtle strengthens leadership team with two new appointments

Bengaluru-based retail company Ace Turtle has strengthened its leadership team with two new senior appointments.

The company has named Amit Kriplani as chief technology officer (CTO) and Punit Aggarwal as chief financial officer (CFO).

Commenting on the appointments, Nitin Chhabra, CEO of Ace turtle in a statement said, “We are thrilled to have Amit and Punit join ace turtle's leadership team. Their expertise and experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow and scale our business.”

Kriplani will be responsible to build innovative technology solutions to scale the businesses of its brands portfolio that include Lee, Wrangler, among others while Aggarwal will oversee all financial, regulatory, and investor relations activities.

On his new role, Amit Kriplani said, “I am excited to join Ace Turtle and contribute to its success. I believe that the company's innovative approach to transforming the business of fashion & lifestyle brands through technology has the potential to transform the industry.”

Punit Aggarwal added, “I am delighted to join the Ace Turtle team and help drive the company's finance function as it embarks on a new phase of growth. Ace turtle has shown tremendous resilience and nimbleness to grow rapidly despite the pandemic and has set higher goals in the coming years.”

Ace Turtle is a technology-driven retail company which currently holds long-term licenses of marquee brands Lee, Wrangler, Toys R Us, and Babies R Us. It plans to add more international fashion and lifestyle brands to its portfolio this year.
