Abacaxi and Elle Qui Vit collaborate on jewellery line

Clothing and accessories brand Abacaxi has partnered with jewellery brand Elle Qui Vit to launch a collaborative jewellery line to compliment its ‘Press Play’ collection for autumn/ winter 2022. 

The Abacaxi x Elle Qui Vit jewellery line is bright, playful, and mixes both brand’s fusion style aesthetics. Elle Qui Vit’s designer Ayesha Pirbhai Fardell used freshwater pearls mixed with agate beads, coloured glass, and magenta Swarovski crystals to create beaded jewellery which feels both modern and feminine. Notable items include multipurpose, adjustable chains and layer-able beaded chokers.  
 
The 11-piece jewellery collection is priced from $45 for a ‘Candy Land’ anklet to $225 for a ‘Sweep’ or ‘Mancala’ beaded necklace. The line retails from Abacaxi’s dedicated e-commerce store which is based in the US and ships internationally. 

“This beaded collection honours the sacred ritual of play, igniting the joy, curiosity and freedom of the child within,” Elle Qui Vit announced on Facebook. “Born from nostalgia, travel, improvisation, and the playfulness of mother nature herself.”
 
Elle Qui Vit has also launched the line on its international e-commerce store. The brand is named after the meaning of the designer’s name Ayesha, “she who lives”, translated into French. The brand is inspired by Pirbhai Fardell’s South Asian and Middle Eastern heritage as well as the divine feminine, according to the brand’s website.
