AAY India x Jhultaru showcase reimagines classics at Pune Times Fashion Week

Womenswear and menswear brand Jhultaru by Deeshaa showcased earthy, relaxed fusion wear on the runway at Pune Times Fashion Week. The showcase was held in partnership with model training academy AAY India and saw its models gain experience as they walked the ramp for Jhultaru. 

Jhultaru presented its own take on casual dressing with relaxed yet sleek collection ‘Eternity’, the brand announced on Facebook. The collection featured waistcoats, loose cover ups, tailored trousers, and shirts for men and loose separates, dresses, and day suits for women, all in natural tones. 
 
The collection was made from ahimsa silks as well as sustainable textiles including organic cotton, hemp, and Tencel. The natural theme was continued with the embellishments which were kept minimal and made from wood and glass. 

“Inspired by the eternal beauty of nature, this trendsetting collection features a wide range of beautiful, stylish and elegant fashion pieces for all genders that can be effortlessly paired with one another and opted for various occasions,” Pune Times Fashion Week announced on Facebook.
 
Pune Times Fashion Week ran over the weekend at The Westin in Pune and featured a range of traditional and fusion wear designers. The event was designed to celebrate Pune as a fashion capital and launch designers’ latest collections on the ramp.
