Steven Sharp is leaving M&S

The company's continued poor performance is taking a toll on the team at Marks & Spencer. The British retailer has seen yet another wave departure, starting with Nayna McIntosh, head of store environment. She joined the company eight years ago and, according to the company, has had a long-term effect on store design, development and presentation.

During her time with the company, McIntosh worked closely with Steve Sharp, who has also announced that he will be stepping down from his position of executive director of marketing. Sharp joined the retailer in 2004.

At the end of 2012, Marks & Spencer announced that Jeremy Darroch will be stepping down from the retailer’s board. He will be replaced by Andy Halford (featured in the preview image), who is currently chief financial officer for Vodafone.
