Hermès - Ready to wear show Spring/Summer 2018 in Paris

Artistic Director : Nadège Vanhee-CybulskiAtmosphere: At the Palais de Chaillot, between white walls & lowered blinds which hide or more leave a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower, the designer releases a new refined collection where it’s a question of colours and checks. A sort of musical walk created by Jarvis Cocker especially for the occasion. Collection: comfort and elegance. Plaids and big scarves created in delicate textures, from Scottish tartan for the first look, to silk jersey, marking the silhouette of timeless chic. The mesh or madras linen dresses and pencil skirts highlight the curves of the body. The checks and a play on lines reinforce the graphic mood of the collection. The designer adds volume with loose trousers which double in thickness becoming a pant-skirt. To note: horse bits and harnesses which are printed all over the outfits with delicacy, the high-waisted, calfskin leather green shorts. The Hermès colorama with Hermès red, blue-black or wet blue.
