Guess Inc. said on Wednesday net income losses narrowed in the first quarter as total revenues for the US fashion brand increased more than 14% on Europe and Asia growth. Shares were down at end of day trade, however.
The New York-based lifestyle group announced the resignation of the Italian designer from its Stuart Weitzman footwear brand on Monday, citing unspecified workplace misconduct as the reason for the departure.
Inter Parfums on Wednesday said that first-quarter net sales increased 20.1% to $171.8 million, despite a disappointing US sales dip. The fragrance distributor now predicts $665 million in total sales for 2018.
