Eyewear company Marcolin Group and TBL Licensing LLC are entering into an early renewal of their licensing agreement for the design, production and worldwide distribution of Timberland optical frames and sunglasses.
The New York-based apparel group and the eyewear manufacturer announced on Monday that they have signed a global licensing agreement for DKNY and Donna Karan New York eyewear set to launch next spring.
The move will help the British company move closer towards its goal of becoming a global lifestyle brand. Its inaugural collection of sunglasses and optical frames is expected to during Spring Summer 2019.
