The IILF is hosted by ABC Equipment and Technology and is taking place at the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre in New Town, Rajarhat (Kolkata).

The fair was inaugarated by the West Bengal Minister for Finance, Industry, and Commerce, Amit Mitra.
