Tata Cliq partners with Unicommerce to boost omnichannel offerings

Tata group's multi-brand phygital e-commerce business Tata Cliq has partnered with Unicommerce, an omni-channel solution provider to boost its omni-channel presence across the country.

Tata Cliq has been getting into a lot of strategic partnerships to expand its customer base and further penetrate into the booming e-commerce market in India.
 
Over the last two weeks Tata Cliq has partnered with The Woolmark Company as its exclusive retail partner for the Indian market and also teamed up with ten Indian fashion designers to create a collection of special edition shawls in 'The Shawl Project'.

With its collaboration with Unicommerce, Tata Cliq aims to boost its sales by ensuring a centralized inventory for both online and offline operations. It will also enhance the overall customer experience shopping on its online and offline platforms by offering latest technology to retailers and its brand partners.

By onboarding brand stores, customers are offered the latest products and ranges, as well as exclusive lines not available on other platforms.
