NY streetwear and skate brand Supreme announced on Monday that it is releasing a collection featuring imagery from cult British horror film Hellraiser this Spring.

Hellraiser's Pinhead features on a BDU shirt - Supreme

The collection includes a trench coat, a BDU shirt, a sweater, a football jersey, a skate pant, a mesh short, two hooded sweatshirts, two short-sleeve t-shirts, a beanie, a keychain and a skateboard.

All pieces feature images of actor Doug Bradley in the role of Pinhead, in either color or black and white. In some pieces, such as the trench coat and skate pant, the image has been transformed into a full-coverage repeating pattern.

Written and directed by Clive Barker, and based on one of his short novels, Hellraiser was released in 1987. Its protagonist, Frank Cotton, attempts to reach a realm of unimaginable carnal pleasures by solving a mysterious puzzle box, but ends up summoning a group of otherworldly sadomasochistic beings called Cenobites. These creatures are led by Pinhead, who featured heavily in the film’s marketing and has since become an icon of the film.

The film’s gory exploration of eroticism was innovative in a horror landscape dominated by slasher movies and it went on to become a cult favorite of British horror cinema. To date, it has spawned nine sequels, all featuring Pinhead.

The Supreme x Hellraiser collection will be available at Supreme’s New York, Brooklyn, LA, London and Paris stores, as well as online, from April 26 and will launch in Japan two days later, on April 28.
