Sri Sri Tattva’s luxury Ayurveda beauty brand Shankara enters India

Sri Sri Tattva’s Ayurveda luxury brand Shankara has entered the Indian cosmetic market and will be available in the country through its online portal and other e-commerce websites.

The Ayurveda brand Shankara was officially launched in India by Bollywood actress Soha Ali Kha. Shankara will offer natural skincare products in the price range of Rs 1,050 ($15) onwards which will initially be sold online and later at Sri Sri Tattva’s retail outlets.
 
The company is planning massive expansion across the country this year to tap the booming natural care segment in India. The Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust plans to open 1,000 retail outlets across India for its brand Sri Sri Tattva.

Commenting on this occasion, Astha Katpitia, Head, Shankara India in a statement said, “Our vision is to use 100 percent natural ingredients trusted by the users to deliver exceptional results. We endeavor to offer an exclusive range of skin care products that work on the physical, mental and emotional levels to promote a sense of well-being.
 
“With years of research and understanding about beauty ingredients, we have successfully enhanced the quality of natural skin care. We are excited to introduce our wide array of products to the Indian market and hope to see positive responses,” he added.
 
Sri Sri Tattva, the FMCG brand of the Sri Sri Ayurveda Trust, sells natural beauty products and clothing among other FMCG products. Shankara is currently available on www.shankara.in, Amazon and Nykaa.
