According to a job advert on Topshop's People Bank website, the brand "will look to establish itself as a global market leader in Athleisure, clothes which are appropriate for both athletic and leisure activity in the fastest growing sector in the womenswear market today."

Parwood Athletic is a partnership between Beyoncé and Sir Philip Green, rather than a collaboration, and is designed and managed from London by a newly created stand alone team. The label will be available for wholesale and launched into 38 different countries across North America, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

"The ambition of the Brand is to become a market leader in its sector, engaging a core consumer set between 18-35 years to make women look and feel at the top of their game – whatever they’re doing and wherever they are," Parkwood Athletic said.

The athleisure label will be sold through premium independents, e-tailers and department stores, and will "constantly evolve and expand further overseas." It is currently looking to fill buyer, e-commerce manager and Head of Business Development positions.
