Commenting on the launch of the ‘Wardrobe Refresh’ campaign, Uma Talreja, Chief of Marketing, Shoppers Stop Ltd, in a statement said, “Shoppers Stop is a very strong brand and enjoys a following of its core customers since many years. The market has been under pressure from discounts by online players, however, our core customers represented by our First Citizen base continues to shop with us and contribute to approximately 75% of our sales even now.

“The campaign plays on these strengths and is aimed at acquiring new customers using the advantage we have of a wide category mix and a strong set of brands enabling us to offer the best of fashion to consumers in India.
