A 22-year Saks veteran, DiGiacomo previously served as Saks VP, Divisional Merchandise Manager of Men’s Accessories, Footwear, Furnishings and Home/Gifts. DiGiacomo was first named a buyer for Men’s Casual Sportswear in February 2000, and he was appointed to his first executive role, VP, DMM Men’s Sportswear, in February 2005.

Saks’ promotion of DiGiacomo is the latest position change since Ott was named Chief Merchant of the luxury retailer’s off-price business. Saks also named Shawn Howell the DMM of Contemporary Collections in June.

In addition, Saks Off 5th opened two new locations on Monday at Bay Plaza in Bronx, NY and at the Hanover Commons Shopping Center in East Hanover, NJ.
