The Polish outlet mall, developed by Neinver, opened a new expansion last week giving the centre an additional 6,200 square metres of retail space. The growth will allow new leading brands such as Pierre Cardin and Geox to extend the current commercial mix consisting of international brands such as Adidas, Asics, Calvin Klein, Desigual, Nike, Puma, Reebok and United Colors of Benetton.

The centre was also renovated to meet high environmental standards, helping save roughly 250 MWh of energy over a 5-year period. New LED lights were introduced in all common areas, making shop-windows more visible and appealing.

Neinver is a European developer, investor and property manager with operations in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands. In parallel with Factory Ursus, Neinver is developing new properties in Spain (Viladecans The Style Outlets) and Germany (Werl The Style Outlets). The company has also recently entered the Dutch market with Amsterdam The Style Outlets.
