The arrival of September has coincided with the appearance of the new fragrance from British stylist Paul Smith; a men’s scent with spicy tones.

It is Nathalie Lorson, a perfumer with Firmenich, who has lent her nose to the fragrance, mixing touches of yuzu, bergamot and aniseed with hints of patchouli and incense. All of this is presented in an elegant yet manly bottle with a yellow and white tint. The fragrance will be on sale in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml bottles, will cost between €34 and €66 and will include an aftershave lotion and deodorant.

“I am really happy with my new fragrance for men,” stated the stylist. “It is easy to wear and yet it has this strong personality from its mix of bergamot and aniseed, and furthermore two notes which I’ve loved for years: patchouli and iris. That brings an unexpected element, I work in the same way when I’m designing an outfit.”

To promote this new fragrance Paul Smith has called on artistic director Alan Aboud. This latter has chosen to put Florent Megdoud in a photoshoot as he “perfectly represents the spirit of seduction and playful character of the new Paul Smith Man fragrance.”
