Berlin trade show Panorama has concluded after three days of collaborating, networking and trading, with organisers reporting positive feedback from buyers. The fair’s new floorplan, organised by segments, and the expanded lifestyle offer were particularly well received by visitors, said the organisers.

Exhibitors in the NovaConcept were also satisfied. Alexander Beckold, country sales manager for Bestseller-owned menswear brand Jack & Jones, told FashionNetwork.com about the level of activity on the first two days of the trade show. “Our stand was busy the whole day on Tuesday, while we had fewer visitors on Wednesday, they were high quality.”

Panorama Berlin CEO Jörg Wichmann commented: “With nearly 50,000 visitors from 96 countries, the frequency and internationality was identical to that of last summer. It goes to show that trade fairs are now more important than ever in terms of information and networking. The addition of lifestyle segments is increasingly supported by buyers and we plan to significantly increase the share of lifestyle products in the future.”

About 700 exhibitors presented their Spring/Summer 2018 collections at the trade show, spread over an area of 45,000 sq mts. Panorama Berlin is produced by Panorama Fashion Fair Berlin GmbH under the direction of CEO Jörg Wichmann, and Messe Berlin GmbH.

The next edition of Panorama, dedicated to Autumn/Winter 2018/2019 collection, will be held on 16-18 July at Berlin ExpoCenter City.
