Pakistan’s PCCC signs MoU with ICRA for info exchange

The International Cotton Researchers Association (ICRA) under the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) has signed an agreement with the Pakistan Central Cotton Committee (PCCC) for exchanging research information between scientists from Pakistan and other nations. ICAC is an association of members of cotton producing, consuming and trading nations.

ICRA chairman Michel Fok and cotton commissioner and PCCC vice president Khalid Abdullah signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) at the Central Cotton Research Institute (CCRI) in Multan. Fok said on the occasion that ICRA would find some ways to address Pakistan's cotton-related problems, according to Pakistani media reports.
Fok also inaugurated ICRA's first secretariat in Pakistan at the PCCC headquarters in Multan.
