Onitsuka Tiger launches at Delhi's Select Citywalk

The Japanese footwear brand Onitsuka Tiger opens its first flagship store in the Delhi NCR region at the Select Citywalk mall on July 20.

Onitsuka Tiger today opens its first Delhi NCR flagship store with an event attended by the Bollywood celebrity Tiger Shroff. The store is the brand’s third so far in India following openings in Mumbai and Chandigarh.

“Select Citywalk has always been at the forefront of retail experience keeping pace with the changing priorities in the retail landscape,” said Select Citywalk’s Executive Director and CEO, Yogeshwar Sharma, about the development. “Being a home to premium international brands, the mall has always been successful in providing the best of the shopping experiences to its customers. With Onitsuka Tiger launch, Select Citywalk brings the deep-rooted heritage and craftsmanship of Japan mixed with modern flair, for the people of Delhi.”

The brand joins over 80 international fashion brands at the mall including Chanel, Zara, Gap, H&M, and Muji among others. Select Citywalk recently celebrated its ten year anniversary.

Onitsuka Tiger retails an array of training and running shoes and sneakers as well as a range of sportswear inspired ready to wear. The brand was founded in 1949 in Japan.
