Masaba Gupta to open in Hyderabad, announces international pop-up stores

Masaba Gupta is taking her brand, House of Masaba, to Hyderabad where she will launch her largest store so far and has also announced an international pop-up store schedule for 2018.

House of Masaba currently has two stores in India, one in Juhu and one at Palladium in Lower Parel, both in Mumbai. The brand has two new store launches planned for the near future, the first being in Hyderabad and the second scheduled for Pune.

Gupta, who is known for her bold and modern prints and for mixing ethnic and western styles, has her largest store yet planned for Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills. The store will feature the entire House of Masaba collection and will also be equipped with a café. The store’s construction is currently underway.

Also scheduled for 2018 is an international pop-up store schedule for the brand. February will see House of Masaba pop-up stores in Mumbai and Dubai, then the brand will travel to Hong Kong in April, Abu Dhabi in May, Nairobi in July, Singapore in September, and Bengaluru in October. The House of Masaba cruise collection is currently in stores and the theme of destination weddings runs throughout.
