Spanish fashion brand Mango has opened a megastore in Paramaribo, the capital of South American country Suriname. The company now serves 110 markets worldwide.

Mango has launched a new megastore in Grenada - Mango

Mango is ending 2016 on a high note after opening its first store in Suriname and two megastores in Grenada and Belgium. This takes the total number of Mango megastores, its new format covering over 800 square metres, to 191.

The new flagship store in the Caribbean country of Grenada, spreads over 1,680 square metres, while the second megastore, located in Belgium’s Mons, occupies a space of 1,386 square metres.

Mango, which opened its first store in Barcelona’s Paseo de Gracia in 1984, began its international expansion in 1992 with the opening of two stores in Portugal. Today, the brand is present in 110 countries in all five continents with over 2,700 stores.

International stores are key for the brand, which generates 83% of its revenue overseas.
