Mango has announced some major changes, or at least a new chapter. A chapter entitled Enric Casi. General manager for nearly twenty years, the executive is giving up his operational role for personal reasons.

Enric Casi

At 58, he will retain an advisory role on the board of directors. The responsibilities of CEO will be divided among two men. Carlos Costa, chief operations officer, who arrived two years ago, and Toni Ruiz, who will arrive in February. Ruiz, 45 years-old, comes to the company from Leroy-Merlin and will take on the role of chief financial officer.

He will also join the board of directors, which will now be comprised of Isak Andin (chairman and majority shareholder), his son Jonathan and Daniel Lopez, both executive vice-chairmen, and Enric Casi and Carlos Costa. Isak's niece, Violeta, will be in charge of the label that bears her name and that is dedicated to plus size clothing.
