Lypsa Gems & Jewellery bags order worth Rs 224 million from UAE

Lypsa Gems & Jewellery firm today said that it has received a new order worth Rs 224 million from customers in UAE. The order will entail supply of loose polished diamonds across different sizes and diamond studded jewellery, the company said in a Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) filing.

Lypsa plans to strengthen its footprint in the Middle Eastern markets by ensuring top notch diamond quality, exquisite craftmanship, focus on innovative design and strict quality control measures, the company said.

The company is also planning to boost its domestic business and increase retail jewellery business generated by brands Atelier and Oropel.

“Our tie ups with ecommerce platforms in India has enabled market penetration and we are positive on being able to generate growth by offering a product to the Indian consumer without compromising on design and quality”, the company said in a statement.

The diamond industry has seen revival in the last six months and diamond demand has remained stable. We expect frequent orders from our clients in time ahead, it added.

Lypsa Gems & Jewellery Limited is a diamond company that is engaged in rough preparation, manufacturing of polished diamonds and trading of polished diamonds. Incorporated in 1995, the company is based in Surat.
