Kriti wore an Amit Aggarwal outfit and walked alongside a differently abled child from the NGO.

The differently-abled children from Tamana also walked the ramp at a fashion show for top designers like Abraham & Thakore, Anju Modi, Gaurav Jai Gupta, Payal Jain, Amit Aggarwal, Rajesh Pratap Singh, Payal Pratap Singh and Sanjay Garg; children of Tamana exuded confidence.

Sunil Sethi, President FDCI in a statement said, “It is an honour for us to associate with the devoted efforts of Tamana year by year. Tamana’s annual fashion show has over the years depicted that fashion does not discriminate and the differently-abled can also fulfill their aspirations of looking fashionable."

A special sequence was showcased by the budding designers from Pearl Academy of the ensembles constructed in the Pearl Academy Fashion Laboratory in Jail no 6 of Tihar, by the inmates, who are currently enrolled in the fashion program.

Dr. Shayama Chona, Founder and President of Tamana NGO said, “This year’s show tagline is ‘Infinite Opportunity’, which means that the opportunities for the disabled have no barriers. The reason for holding the Tamana fashion show, every year, is to bring greater confidence and dignity into the lives of the specially-abled. I believe that these individuals are not lesser but, more than any of us.”

The evening began with a welcome song by visually impaired singer, Diwakar Sharma and Miss Teen Universe 2017, Srishti Kaur also supported the cause walking as the Model of Inclusion.

For the last 10 years, Tamana has been organising this event to encourage inclusion and with the support of the fashion fraternity in their individual capacities.
