Kraftly seller base grows 85 percent, to touch 250,000 by FY19

Indian e-commerce fashion platform Kraftly’s seller base has witnessed compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of nearly 85 percent for the period between FY 2015 - 2016 and FY 2018 - 19. The company is set to touch 250,000 sellers by the end of financial year 2018-19.

The company currently has over 100,000 sellers on its platform today from the 40000 it had back in 2016. Kraftly’s attributes the rise in its seller base to a simplified joining process, coupled with its seller-friendly policies.
 
The e-commerce firm has also launched its Kraftly Ads Network to help sellers go digital and will help sellers promote their products through digital promotions and online campaigns. Kraftly Ads Network, in addition to providing access to zero percent commission on orders, will help businesses advertise their products across social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Google using Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered and fully automated digital ads.

"We have been remarkably successful in understanding the needs and requirements of our partner sellers, and are grateful for their role in spreading the word about our work and the synergy we can bring to the seller ecosystem in India," co-founder and CEO, Kraftly, Saahil Goel said in a statement.
 
“The company's solutions help new and experienced sellers sell products online across multiple channels, which drives greater sales and sustainable success and empowers their business and brand,” he added.
 
Launched in 2015, Kraftly offers a platform to small sellers, entrepreneurs and artisans in India in categories including apparel, accessories, home decor and footwear.
 
Last year Kraftly had launched its MySite feature to help independent sellers establish their online presence. By helping them design, integrate, and support a dedicated website for registered sellers.
