The International Jewellery Show hosted a number of Indian designers in its Indian Pavilion in Hall Four of the venue. One of the Indian jewellery brands that exhibited in the pavilion was Hazoorilal Legacy which showcased its Kundan Polki and diamond jewellery there.

Day one of the show featured the Indian Gold and Jewellery Summit 2017 which was organised by the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) and entry was exclusive to trade visitors. The Indian social media influencer Aishwarya Ajit was also interviewed as part of the Fashion Talk segment and she later held a meet and greet event.  On day two, RK Jewellers had a catwalk show for their jewellery designs that they were also showcasing in their booth. Over the other days of the event, designers had a selection of their items available in their respective booths which were visited by both a business to business and business to customer audience.

India’s strong presence at the International Jewellery Show solidified its position as one of the major players in the global jewellery market. The event has given a much needed positive boost to the Indian jewellery export market which has been struggling since the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) in July.
