India ITME Exhibition ranked as India’s 1st Runner up in Top B2B Exhibition

The India ITME Society, the organisation behind the Global Textile Technology and Engineering Show (GTTES), was ranked as India’s first runner up for the “Top B2B Exhibition” award at the IEIA Open Seminar 2018.

The organisation was awarded the first runner up for the “Top B2B Exhibition” award by Economic Times and the Indian Exhibition Industry Association on May 10 as part of the IEIA Open Seminar 2018. The event, which ran from May 9 to 11 and focused on Indian exhibitors, was held at the Hitex Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad.

This marked the third award the society has received so far in 2018, according to the India ITME Society. The award was given to the society due to its work on the India ITME Exhibition and the society also organises the GTTES, the next of which will take place from January 18 to 20, 2019.

The India ITME Society, established in 1980, is a non-profit organisation that, in its own words, works to “provide quality service to the exhibitors in generating business, bringing together investors and entrepreneurs, mobilizing joint ventures, facilitating one to one interaction between the officials and the industry, disseminating knowledge to the academician, thus touching lives and prosperity in all aspects for the industry and business.” The India ITME Society has reported growth of 54 percent from 2012 onwards.
