Flipkart launches new exclusive range from Peter England

India’s leading e-commerce giant Flipkart has launched the exclusive new range from Peter England – Peter England University on its platform.

Flipkart is looking to scale up its fashion portfolio by ramping up its selection to cater to the needs of youth and will offer a variety of more than 200 styles across shirts, t-shirts, and denims.
 
The company is currently the undisputed leader in India’s fashion market controlling around 70 percent market share along with its subsidiaries Myntra and Jabong.

Commenting on the exclusive launch, Head – Flipkart Fashion, Rishi Vasudev in a statement said, “We are excited to launch the all new brand range of men’s apparel from Peter England University exclusively on our platform, just ahead of the country’s much awaited and most loved festive sale, The Big Billion Days. We are certain that the range will a massive hit amongst our large and growing shopper base of young fashion-conscious men, who are increasingly looking for superior and stylish branded products, at prices that are easy on the pocket.”
 
Vasudev further added, “Peter England has been one of our earliest and most trusted brand partners, having helped us to drive significant market leadership in the men’s clothing category. With this new launch, we look forward to doubling the Peter England portfolio on the Flipkart.”
 
Big Billion Days is the flagship sale event of Flipkart and it planning to make it bigger this year by adding new brands especially after the success of its last sale event the Big 10 wherein Flipkart Fashion witnessed growth 5x in sales.
