Fashion Jalsa eleventh edition to take place from June 29

The eleventh edition of the fashion and lifestyle exhibition presented by the Bombay Times, Fashion Jalsa, will take place at Mumbai’s World Trade Centre from June 29 to July 1.

After holding its tenth season event in February, the eleventh season of Fashion Jalsa is set to run from the end of June into July to showcase over 100 brands to a business to business and business to customer audience. Entry to the event is open to the public for free for the event that describes itself as “Mumbai’s biggest fashion showcase”.

The exhibition will cover an array of categories including fashion, accessories, jewellery, homeware, and gift items. Brands from across India will show at the three day fashion event and, although the event has not published any estimated visitor figures, its Facebook page alone has well over 21,000 followers which indicates the scale of interest in the event. The event is organised by Introduction Trade Shows Private Limited with design work done by Global Trendz.

A variety of both ethnic and western wear will be on display at the event with kurtas, dupattas, sarees, and gowns as well as casual wear, costume jewellery, and handbags. The event will have a section for wedding wear which will include clothing as well as special gift items.
