LVMH continues to release information in dribs and drabs about its latest executive appointments. Approached by Dior, Fabrizio Malverdi has just been officially announced as the Head of Dior Homme, a newly created post to be effective from April.

Fabrizio Malverdi, who was previously in charge of Givenchy Couture, will thus be reporting directly to Sidney Toledano, CEO of Christian Dior Couture, and working with Kris Van Assche, Dior Homme’s designer. Mr. Malverdi, who has notably worked for the Mariella Burani Fashion Group, had rejoined LVMH’s team a while ago in order to take charge of John Galliano’s eponymous label.
He was then transferred to the head of Givenchy Couture in 2008 and, as announced before, LVMH chose Susan Whiteley, former UK managing director of Louis Vuitton, to replace him at Givenchy Couture.
