Dollar Missy signs Chitrangada Singh as its brand ambassador

Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh has been signed by leading hosiery firm Dollar Industries for its female brand Dollar Missy.
 

Dollar had entered the female wear segment in 2014 with Dollar Miss that consists of leggings and legwear such as shorts, cycling shorts, relaxed capris, trousers, pyjama and lounge pants.
 
Commenting on the signing of Chitrangada Singh, Dollar Industries Managing Director Vinod Kumar Gupta in a statement said, "She represents today's elegant and vivacious woman who takes on the world, beaming with confidence. We have recently shot a new ad campaign with her where she showcases our product style with loads of panache.”

“Dollar Missy leggings are quite fashionable and trendy. They are very comfortable as they are made of super soft special fabric and have vast array of shades to choose from.” said Chitrangada Singh.
 
Dollar Industries Ltd is one of India’s leading players in the innerwear segment with 850 distributers and 80000 multi brand outlets offering products in innerwear, sleepwear, lounge wear, active wear and sportswear.
 
The company plans to acquire at least 6 small players in the hosiery and knitwear market to further consolidate and expand its network in India’s Rs 25000 crore (approx $4 billion) market. Currently, Dollar holds 15 percent market share in the branded hosiery segment in the country.
