Creed to open maiden India store in Delhi

Luxury perfume brand Creed has partnered with Berkeley Beauty Brands Pvt Ltd for its India entry and will be opening its maiden store in the country the Delhi.

The store will open at the popular Chanakya Mall in the national capital Delhi.
 
"The brand's iconic status is in sync with the national capital that boasts of a cross-section of luxury connoisseurs. Owing to the globalisation and increase in the disposable income, India has become a profitable market for such luxury brands where the buyers want to experience international standards while shopping," Gaganmeet Singh, Managing Director, Berkeley Beauty Brands Pvt Ltd, said in a statement.

With India’s luxury market booming many luxury brands are entering India to boost their sales. India’s luxury market, including luxury fashion goods, is expected to reach 30 billion US dollars this year and to expand fivefold in the next three years, according to a recent Assocham study.
 
Last week, leading luxury bath and body care brand Molton Brown had also partnered with Berkeley Beauty Brands Pvt Ltd for its India entry by opening its first store in the upmarket DLF Emporio Mall, New Delhi.
