CaratLane strengthens presence in South India with store in Hyderabad

Titan Ltd owned jeweller CaratLane has expanded its presence in the southern region of India by opening its fourth store in the city of Hyderabad.
 

The new store is located in Hyderabad’s biggest mall ‘Inorbit Mall’ and is the brand’s 12th store in the southern region of India.
 
CaratLane, the country’s leading omni-channel jeweller has been witnessing strong growth across the country and is expected to further expand in the coming months across places like Patna, Ranchi and Indore to boost its revenue.

According to a recent filing by Titan with the Bombay Stock Exchange, CaratLane had reported a 60 percent revenue increase for the 2018 financial year.
 
Commenting on the opening of its new store, Mithun Sacheti, Founder & CEO CaratLane in a statement said, “It is an exciting time for us at CaratLane as we continue to increase our retail footprint in the south. Our 4th store in Hyderabad is sure to appeal to all the millennials and young couples residing in the area. Our store here is a testament to our commitment to make modern, affordable jewellery increasingly accessible.”
 
CaratLane began business as an online jewellery platform and was acquired by Titan Ltd two years ago. Currently, the brand has 37 physical outlets across India and also sells through its own e-commerce portal & Tata Cliq.
